01 Scope

This policy describes how Sun Capital Markets Ltd executes orders on your behalf for Forex, CFDs, and cryptocurrency derivatives. It applies to retail and professional clients whose orders are transmitted through our CapitalFX trading environment (powered by VertexFX Trader Pro) or through our SupremeFX trading environment (based on the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform).

Sun Capital Markets Ltd operates both environments. CapitalFX is operated under the CapitalFX – VertexFX Partnership Agreement with Hybrid Solutions / VertexFX. SupremeFX is our designated MT5 environment and is offered under that trade name. Both environments are operated by Sun Capital Markets Ltd under FSA Securities Dealer Licence SD145.

02 Best Execution Factors

When executing your order, we consider the following factors in order of priority:

Price — the best available bid/ask at the moment of execution;
Speed — filling your order in the shortest possible time;
Likelihood of execution and settlement — ensuring the order actually fills;
Size and nature — how order size affects liquidity access;
Costs — spreads, commissions, and any venue fees;
Any specific instructions from you.

Where you provide a specific instruction, we execute strictly as instructed — which may result in a different outcome than our standard best-execution approach.

03 Trading Environments

Sun Capital Markets Ltd offers two distinct trading environments. Execution and order-handling standards described in this policy apply to both unless otherwise stated.

Environment	Platform	Technology Provider
CapitalFX	VertexFX Trader Pro (Desktop · Web · iOS · Android)	Hybrid Solutions / VertexFX
SupremeFX	MetaTrader 5 (MT5)	MetaQuotes

Order routing, liquidity aggregation, and monitoring described below are implemented by Sun Capital Markets Ltd across both environments through its configured execution infrastructure.

04 Execution Venues

Your orders are routed to a combination of third-party liquidity providers and, where applicable, internal matching. Order flow is aggregated by our execution infrastructure and routed according to the asset class and the prevailing liquidity conditions.

Asset Class	Venue Type
FX majors	Aggregated third-party liquidity providers
FX minors	Aggregated third-party liquidity providers
Metals	Third-party liquidity providers
Indices CFDs	Derived from underlying futures / third-party feeds
Crypto CFDs	Aggregated third-party crypto venues

Specific venue selection, routing logic, and technical infrastructure may change from time to time in line with liquidity conditions, regulatory requirements, or operational needs. Up-to-date details of our execution arrangements are available on request from compliance@suncapitalfx.com.

05 Order Types

We support the following order types (availability may vary by environment):

Market — filled immediately at the best available price;
Limit — filled at your specified price or better;
Stop — triggered when price reaches your level, then filled at market;
Stop-Limit — triggered by a stop, then subject to a limit price;
Take Profit / Stop Loss — attached exits for risk management.

06 Slippage and Requotes

During volatile markets, orders may be filled at a different price from the one requested. This is slippage. Our standard practice is not to requote — your order either fills at the best available price or is rejected, subject to the terms of the applicable Client Agreement and the execution mode configured for your account.

Slippage occurs most frequently:

Around major economic data releases (NFP, CPI, FOMC);
At market open or close;
During cryptocurrency exchange outages or blockchain congestion.

07 Order Rejection

We may reject an order if:

Insufficient margin is available;
The order size exceeds available liquidity;
You are in breach of your Client Agreement;
Regulatory restrictions apply;
Technical failures prevent execution.

08 Execution Speed

Our infrastructure is engineered to deliver execution latency well below one second from order submission to fill confirmation under normal market conditions. During periods of extreme volatility or underlying-market disruption, this may extend.

Actual execution statistics for your account — including average latency and fill behaviour — are available on request from your account manager or our compliance team.

09 Client Instructions

If you give us specific instructions about how to execute your order, we will follow those instructions. However, specific instructions may prevent us from achieving best execution on other factors.

10 Monitoring, Review & Contact

We monitor execution quality on an ongoing basis. Metrics reviewed include fill rates, order-to-fill latency, and the performance and reliability of the venues we use. This policy is reviewed at least annually and updated when material changes occur.

Questions about this policy should be sent to compliance@suncapitalfx.com. If you believe your order was not executed in accordance with this policy, please follow our Complaints Procedure.
